    The course is aimed at nominated first aiders and is most appropriate for people working in low-risk environments such as small offices.

    Our 1 day first aid training course is run all year round from our Croydon Training Centre.

    What does this course involve?

    The course provides information and training for adult casualties only. The course is extremely thorough, covering all areas of workplace emergency first aid.

    • CPR (adult resuscitation)
    • Helping a choking adult
    • Dressing burns and scalds
    • Contacting the emergency services
    • Defibrillator prompts and pad placement
    • Dealing with minor and severe bleeding
    • Responding to seizures and shock

    What certification do delegates receive?

    Successful delegates will receive industry recognised certification FAA Level 3 Award – which is the same level as St John’s and the Red Cross Courses.
