    It is designed for people who work in high-risk environments such as building sites, factories, and warehouses, but can also be useful for applications in lower-risk environments such as offices.

    Our 3-day first aid training course is run all year round from our Croydon Training Centre.

    This comprehensive course covers a wide range of first aid topics including:

    • Adult resuscitation (CPR)
    • Allergic reactions
    • Asthma, bone, muscle, and joint injuries
    • Burns and scalds
    • Chest pains
    • Choking adults
    • Contacting emergency services
    • Eye injuries
    • Fainting and head injuries
    • Defibrillator prompts and pad placement
    • Low blood sugar
    • Minor and severe bleeding
    • Poisoning
    • Managing an emergency and role of the first aider
